Information on Accessibility
Below, we provide information on how our digital offering at www.droh.de (hereinafter referred to as droh.de) can be used by people with disabilities and special needs.
Applicable Requirements
The accessibility requirements for services arise from the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), in particular Section 14 BFSG in conjunction with Section 3 (1) BFSG, as well as the Ordinance on the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSGV). Services are accessible if they can be found, accessed, and used by people with disabilities in the usual ways, without particular difficulty, and generally without outside assistance.
General Description of the Service
ternimed.de is an online shop where products are offered for sale. The products offered can be found via the product search and navigation. Information about the products is provided in the form of text and images.
If you are interested in a product, you can add it directly to your shopping cart or save it to your wish list for later purchase.
The products in your shopping cart can be reviewed during the ordering process before placing your order. The delivery address must be selected before submitting your order. Previous orders can also be viewed in the "My Account" section.
Usability of our services
We are committed to making droh.de accessible and inclusive so that our online shop is accessible to everyone. To achieve this, we implement, among other things, the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 with conformance levels A and AA, so that our services can be used by everyone.
Perceivability
All informative images are provided with alt text so that they can be read aloud by screen readers. When designing our user interface, we ensure sufficient color contrast to improve readability.
Information and controls are presented in a way that makes them perceptible.
Usability
Our interactive elements, such as forms and navigation menus, are fully keyboard-operated.
Comprehensibility
We use clear language to describe our products and on our service pages. Our navigation is clearly structured and intuitive. Error prevention and correction features, such as automatic validation and clear error messages, are implemented.
Robustness
ternimed.de is primarily developed with standardized components that have been optimized and tested for accessibility. We use test criteria derived from the WCAG guidelines during the development process to ensure compatibility with various browsers and assistive technologies. We regularly test to ensure the usability and comprehensibility of all functions.
