General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Wolfram Droh GmbH

1. Scope and Customer Information

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Wolfram Droh GmbH and all customers. They also contain customer information as required by the German Civil Code (BGB) information regulations. The contractual language is German.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The product offerings presented on our website do not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By entering your data and clicking the "Buy" button, you submit a binding offer to enter into a purchase agreement. You may also place binding orders via phone, mail, email, or fax. The contract is concluded once we dispatch the goods, which also constitutes acceptance of your offer. If the offer is not accepted immediately, you are no longer bound by it.

3. Customer Information: Storage of Order Text

We store the contract text containing the details of your order. You can access this text via your customer account under “Your Previous Orders”.

4. Shipping and Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours from our warehouse by parcel service or freight forwarder to the delivery address provided by you (curbside delivery). Billing and delivery addresses can differ. If an item is not immediately available, you will be notified. To ensure prompt delivery, we may send partial shipments at no extra cost.

Shipping Within Germany:

– For net order values under €50.00, we charge a small-order surcharge of €7.50.

– For net order values of €50.00 or more, shipping within Germany is free.

For reseller customers:

– For net order values under €100.00, we charge €10.00.

– From €100.00 net order value, shipping is free within Germany.

Express Shipping Germany: Next-business-day delivery by 12:00 noon costs €25.00 (net) per parcel. Express shipping is only available for orders placed before 12:00 noon and for in-stock items. If express delivery is not possible, we will notify you.

EU Shipping:

– Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland: Free from €100.00 net; otherwise €9.90 net per parcel.

– Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary: €15.00 net per parcel.

– Greece, Malta, Cyprus: €30.00 net per parcel.

Note: For heavy goods, actual shipping costs may differ. You will receive a quote by email after placing your order.

Other international deliveries: You will receive a shipping quote via email after placing your order.

No express shipping available outside Germany.

5. Pricing and Payment

Our prices are in euros and are shown with or without German VAT depending on your shop settings. Shipping costs are shown separately (see section 4).

EU Orders: After entering your address and logging in, the correct VAT for the destination country will be applied. The total price including applicable VAT is shown in the shopping cart.

VAT-ID: If you have a valid EU VAT-ID and are ordering for business purposes, enter it in your account. After verification and approval, your order will be treated as VAT-exempt intra-community supply.

Non-EU Orders: No VAT is charged. The buyer is responsible for customs clearance and duties.

Payment Terms:

– Within Germany: Usually invoiced. We reserve the right to request prepayment. Please pay within 30 days to:

– Outside Germany: Generally prepayment. You will receive a pro forma invoice with bank details. Goods will be shipped after payment is received.

6. Customer Information: Correction Notice

You may correct your entries at any time before placing your order.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

8. Limitation of Warranty Claims

Warranty claims expire one year after delivery. Exceptions: claims for damages, fraudulently concealed defects, or product guarantees – these are subject to statutory limitation periods.

9. Return Policy

You may return any item within 30 days of receipt without giving reasons (reseller terms may differ). Custom or non-stock items ordered on request are excluded from return. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the return deadline. If you exercise your right of return, the purchase contract is void.

We cover return costs within Germany for retail customers. Resellers are excluded.

For international returns, the sender bears the return shipping costs.
